Get the care you deserve

My approach to mental health

In individual therapy, I use psychodynamic psychotherapy to help you explore how past experiences, unconscious beliefs systems and relationships influence your current feelings and behaviors. I focus on understanding patterns that emerge in our interpersonal relationships and emphasise working in the “here and now” to bring insight and healing. I also incorporate attachment theory to help you understand how early emotional bonds affect your present relationships and sense of self. This approach provides a supportive space for self-discovery, growth, and lasting change.

More on couples and families

When working with couples, I draw on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Both of these methods are proven to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. These approaches help partners understand each other better and work through conflicts in a healthy way. For families, I use a family systems approach, which looks at how family members interact and influence each other. Together, we will work to improve understanding, resolve conflicts, and create healthier family dynamics. My goal is to support stronger, more fulfilling relationships for couples and families alike.
