Couples Sessions

Couples therapy is designed to help reshape relational patterns and help couples find reconnection; sessions aim to Improve communication between partners and enhance conflict resolution skills to foster lasting positive change. Therapy can help couples get “unstuck” .

Together we can work through some common relationship difficulties including navigating recovery after unfaithfulness, Intimacy and desire, communication difficulties, and gridlocked issues.

Using the Gottman method combined with Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples move through relational challenges.
